To find consensus of opinion in Islamic matters, because most of the things in our religious literature have differing and various opinions of scholars, which confuses the new generation, who are used to precision, clarity and specific procedures in modern lift. Zakat is the most important economic base of Islam for proverty alleviation and human resource development, but it has been ignored for centuries, and no research work has bee done. We need to introduce APPLIED ISLAM CONCEPT, like we have Theoritical Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Applied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. And show how each principle of Islam will be used in actual life in various life situation. For example principle of calling only three times, can be introduced on telephone, ringing bell at some ones residence, etc.
Pubication of books and articles on topics of social and economic value, especially, the development of villages, using the above methodology.
